We have all been there….
The moment we realize we aren’t going to get that 20min, 60min or 90 min sweat session we were craving…..

Cue in, “dun dun dun” sound.
It can happen in an instant. We get that phone call that begs us to physically relocate. We get sick. The sitter no shows. You trip and fall; rolling your precious ankle. It starts to lightening, power goes out and the gym is locked.
Whatever the “reason” is. It happens.

Some with exercise addiction. To those who clinically struggled to sit-to-stand.
So hear me out; it’s important to stay focused. To follow your program for not only physical results but for mental clarity and behavioral adherence. But how you view a “hiccup” in your plans says a lot about you as an individual and how you make the most out of all we really have. Here and now.
